Deep Work — how do the silent focus rooms work?+

You join a live room, start a Pomodoro, and focus alongside others in silence. No chat, no video — just a shared timer, energy meter, and streaks. Sessions adapt to your energy and completion rate.

Prepare Your Mind — what are the warm-up exercises?+

Guided 30–90 second breathwork and priming routines (box breathing, physiological sigh, sound anchoring, visualisation) done right before deep work to calm your nervous system and cue focus.

Brain Gym — what do the training games improve?+

Ten science-inspired mini-games target working memory, attention, cognitive flexibility, inhibition, endurance and processing speed. Difficulty adapts to your score and a radar chart tracks each domain over time.

HRV Camera Check — is the reading accurate?+

The rear camera + flash captures your fingertip pulse (PPG) to compute RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50 and heart rate. It's a solid trend indicator for stress and recovery — less precise than an ECG chest strap, but useful when taken under consistent conditions.

Speed Reading — how does the bionic reading trainer help?+

It bolds the leading letters of each word so your eyes fixate faster, and a pacer trains you to raise WPM without losing comprehension. Free, unlimited practice.

Focus rooms, warm-ups, HRV, speed reading, brain gym basics and webinars are free. Premium unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited training, streak boosters and priority room access. 3-day trial, no card required.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. One click in settings. Access continues until the end of your billing month, and we never charge silently after a missed cancellation — email us and we refund it.

What about my data?+

Your tasks, notes and sessions are yours. HRV runs entirely on-device and is not stored. We never sell data. Export or delete your account anytime — see our privacy policy.
